Step 1: RECEIVING ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES

  • Passport
  • 10thMark sheet
  • 12th Mark sheet
  • 12th Conduct Certificate
  • 12th Transfer Certificate
  • Birth Certificate (if minor)
  • Adhar xerox of student
  • passport size photos
After receiving above documents, we will arrange skype interview, Interview is conductedby university officials.

Step 2: APPLYING FOR EQE, MINISTRY DECREE

  • Applying for EQE (Educational Quality Enhancement) Certificate from NCEQE, Georgia.
  • After receiving EQE must apply for Ministry Decree (MES, Georgia)

Step 3: UG ENGLISH PROFICIENCY TEST

  • After receiving Ministry Decree University will conduct English Proficiency test to make Batches.

Step 4: PROVIDING DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR SUBMISSION IN EMBASSY

  • Invitation letter
  • MEA Apostille (Delhi)& HRD Attestation (State government) on 10th and 12th Mark sheets
  • Ministry decree
  • Rector Order
  • Acceptance letter
  • Reference letter
  • Accommodation letter
  • Sponsor letter & Notary stamps
  • Travel & Health Insurance
  • Itinerary Flight Ticket

Step 5: REQUIREMENTS FROM STUDENT
Sponsorer bank statement of last 6 months with the balance of Rs 3 - 4 lakhs with thestamp of Bank Manager.

Step 6: APPLYING FOR VISA

  • After receiving all the above documents, we will apply for Geo Consulate.
  • Filling of Visa application in Geo Consulate Website by uploading all the required documents of student.

Step 7: SUBMISSION

  • Submission of Visa application in VFS with all the required documents
  • Embassy takes 15-20 working days to make decision on Visa Application.

Step 8: POST LANDING SUPPORT

  • Receiving student in Airport
  • Accommodating in Vsource Hostel
  • Provide / Process Student Enrollment of Student in University
  • Provide local sim
  • ProvideBank Account for student in TBC Bank
  • Provide/ ProcessTRC (TEMPORARY RESIDENCY CARD, GEORGIA)
  • To give Local Guardianship

Eligibility Criteria: THE UNIVERSITY OF GEORGIA

The eligibility criteria for THE UNIVERSITY OF GEORGIA Admissions is:

  • The candidate must be of 17 years of age before or on 31st of December of the year of admission
  • The student should have passed class 12 examination with a minimum of 50% and must have done it from a recognised board like CBSE , ICSE, etc
  • Keeping the new change by the Judiciary of India in view, the student should have passed the NEET examination with the required minimum percentile.
  • An applicant from general category needs to have a score of at least 50%
  • An applicant from Sc/ST/OBC category needs to have a score of at least 40%
