Step 1: RECEIVING ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES

  • Passport
  • 10th Mark sheet
  • 12th Mark sheet
  • 12th Conduct Certificate

  • Adhar xerox of student
  • Passport size photos
  • NEET Rank card
After receiving above documents, Student will receive ACCEPTANCE LETTER from University.

Step 2: APPLYING FOR MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS, VIETNAM

Step 3: REQUIREMENTS FROM STUDENT
Sponsorer bank statement of last 6 months with the balance of Rs 3 - 4 lakhs with thestamp of Bank Manager.(If Required)

Step 4: APPLYING FOR VISA

  • After receiving all the above documents, we will apply for Vietnam Consulate.
  • Filling of Visa application in Vietnam Consulate Website by uploading all the required documents of student.

Step 5: SUBMISSION

  • Submission of Visa application in Consulate with all the required documents
  • Embassy takes 15-20 working days to make decision on Visa Application.

Step 6: POST LANDING SUPPORT

  • Receiving student in Airport
  • Accommodating in Hostel
  • Provide / Process Student Enrollment of Student in University
  • Provide local sim
  • ProvideBank Account for student
  • To give Local Guardianship
